Candidate should be able to extract data from scanned document with good Typing speed and accuracy.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities :
  • To capture data from Scanned Images with accuracy
  • To manage on a day-to-day basis workload and tasks related to scanning / data entry process
  • To support the team in striving for 100% accuracy in all scanning work by placing a strong emphasis on the quality control aspects of the process and through process improvement ideas.
  • Perform Quality Check
Essential Skills :
  • Excellent typing speed – touch typist would be preferable.
  • Good level of computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office applications and mail drafting / report writing.
  • A minimum of 1 year in a similar role within the data entry / scanning process.
Individual Specification :
  • Team player
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Able to perform his/her role independently
Experience Required : A minimum of 1 year in a similar role within the data entry / scanning process. Freshers with excellent typing speed and accuracy may also apply
